Our shoe options use Brazilian sizing, shown as Size (BR). Measure your foot in centimeters and check the guide for your chosen product. BR sizes are not US or UK sizes.

1. Stand with your heel against a wall on a sheet of paper.
2. Mark the end of your longest toe and measure the distance from your heel.
3. Measure both feet and use the longer measurement.
4. If you fall between measurements, choose the next size up.

For example, a 25.3 cm foot corresponds to the 25.5 cm entry, BR 39. Product-specific measurements take priority over this general guide.

Imported shoes may carry the manufacturer's local size label. Check the foot-length measurement instead of relying only on a regional label. For socks, knee supports and sleeves, use the measurements in the product description.
